Call Center professionalism
  The call center was set up keeping in mind International standards for Customer service. Some of the unique features are :
  1. Call back facility for abandon calls. Our system will automatically call the calls dropped by the client.
  2. 100% Call recording is available which will be useful for analysis purpose
  3. Instant mail can be sent to insured or corporate for any queries received or for other statuses.
  4. SMS facility is available for claims/cards status , sending queries to insured in case of cashless, intimate the client that cheque has been dispatched or EFT is carried out.
  5. Toll Free Fax.
  6. Reports can be generated for the no. of calls received, dropped etc and an analysis can be made thereof.

Electronic Fund Transfer Facility (EFT Facility)
  • Payments in regards to claims settlement would be made from our V9 software and the data of the same would be exported from V9 and uploaded into our banker’s highly secured website for making payments.
  • Tie Up with one of the leading banks which has more than 475 Branches covering 220 cites and having 28 Printing Locations in different cities where Pre-signed Cheque would  printed along with the payment advices and insured’s address at the location where the claim is lodged & the cheque would directly be couriered by the bank  thus reducing the Turn around Time.
  • Electronic fund transfer (EFT) facility is also available through internet where-in claim settlements would directly be credited to the accounts of our provider's, corporate's and our valued insured’s through the same process as in the first two points.
Specialized services of DHS for Corporates.
Help desk can be setup at corporate offices OR a designated manger will be available for providing all services on single window.
All offices are connected with VPN. If claims registration is centralized then a VPN counter can be installed and the officers to file claim directly in our system.
Claims can be registered by insured members by log-in to our website.
Pre policy health checkup.
Periodical health check up.
Periodical visit of our technical team to hospitals during the hospitalisation of insured member.
Ambulance facility can be arranged after negotiation.
We are in process of negotiation to accredited medical shops.
